We strive for seamless tournaments, but sometimes things go wrong. Here is how we handle refunds to ensure fairness.
Players receive an automatic 100% refund of their entry fee if a tournament is canceled by the organizer.
If a server crash or major technical issue on our end prevents the tournament from completing, all participants will be refunded.
If a match is deemed invalid due to confirmed hacking by an opponent, affected legitimate players may be eligible for a refund or free entry into the next event, subject to review.
